Managing Small Business - Using Effective Systems To Ensure Success

In terms of managing small business, you have to make sure that you have video instructions or guides for the staff to use as well. People learn in three different modes, visual, audio and kinesthetic. So you want to ensure you hit each one of those. The visual is going to be hit from the video as well as your written down text. The audio will get hit within the video and then kinesthetic which is section of our process anyway, how you teach someone to do it.
Then you need to test and tweak with a small group. So, once you've created your system, it's then a good idea to get a dummy group that is going to run the system to trial it and try and find out where those errors are and they'll test and tweak. Then they'll go into EditMe or whatever process you have for them to give you feedback. Part of daily business operations is when you go through the quality control and they're running the system for the first time, you'll see where the issues and errors come up. Then what you want to do is incorporate that back into the system.
It is probably that you will be asked questions like how to select keywords as anchor text when it comes to writing an article for the client. This is the time when you should allow them to get into a specific system where they can learn all about these processes.

Give feedback early and often to make sure you catch them early on so that way, when it's rolled out, all big problems start out as a small problem. So when someone comes on board, knowing that method is an excellent system and it's working, then it gets implemented as one of the requirements that someone has to go through as part of their initial training process in your company today.
You will definitely need to observe and improve. Use comments whenever possible. Make sure that you encourage them to offer immediate feedback using appropriate channels. You need to make sure that your systems are evolving based on what your business requires.
Then once you have that system set up, you need to show your employees through a video or presentation, then encourage them to take action using them to act as consultants in this task. Set a fixed time for them to report any progress until such time that they reach the deadline. Which means you have to keep checking in however often times it requires. This will allow them to pass this system to the next person who comes on board, as they help in creating systems used in managing small business today.
