Once I had consistent income, I could expand into building an audience and invest re-invest my affiliate commissions into building a list.

Therefore, my experience was to generate affiliate commissions as quickly as I could with review sites and then use that money to expand my business.

That said, I love the pure review website model and am working on launching another review site because it works. The consistent income enables me to re-invest into other long-term revenue generating activities such as building a list and expanding a readership.

When someone's in your office, it's really easy to be chatting with them and you've got that brain width because they're right in front of you and you can explain exactly what needs to be done. But for graphic and video, they're probably some of the most difficult things to out task and outsource that you'll find. the best way is cut and paste, hop into Photoshop, learn the basics of cut and paste and put together something to show your out tasker. It's the quickest and easiest way, and using screen capture software.

I modeled this particular website well with a product launch type process. There were a lot of videos I wanted to get sitting at the top of the web page. So I screen captured it, sent the link to the designers and my online marketing experts for review. I wrote much more of a brief out of it and got the result I needed.

I have been to Bright a few times in the past but not in late August -Sept. It is just a spectacular country city with a load of quality. You'll love it!

How to Obtain a Certificate of Status for an Alberta Company

An Alberta Certificate of Status is obtained from the Alberta government. It can sometimes be called a Certificate of Compliance or a Certificate of Good Standing. Any company incorporated in Canada can obtain a certificate of status for its jurisdiction. In Alberta they are called Certificate of Status.

You may need to order an Alberta Certificate of Status when some other company or government office requests you to provide proof your Alberta company is in compliance with all of its filings and statute requirements.

Being in good standing means that the company is still active and has not been dissolved for non-filing of federal and/or provincial tax returns or non-filing of the Alberta annual returns. The Alberta Corporate Registry sends out the Alberta annual return to the registered office address for the company each year and if the address is not correct then it is possible that the Alberta company could be in default of filing if it does not receive and file the return.

The Alberta Certificate of Status will show the current name of the company on record, the date of incorporation of the Alberta company and the Alberta Access Number of the company.

The government does not refund the money if the Certificate of Status cannot be issued. Basically it will issue a Certificate of Status that indicates the Alberta company is not in compliance and you will then need to file any outstanding Alberta annual returns and order a new Certificate of Status. Certificates of Status are costly so if you know in advance you have not made your filings you should at the least ensure all Alberta annual returns are filed before ordering your Certificate of Status. If you have some outstanding tax returns but have not been dissolved then you will still receive a favourable Certificate of Status as long as your annual returns have been filed with the Alberta Corporate Registry. Basically if too many years go by without filing your federal tax returns the Canada Revenue Agency requests the Alberta Corporate Registry to dissolve your company.

A Certificate of Status is not an Alberta corporate search. If you are trying to determine information about an Alberta company you should have an Alberta corporate search done rather than ordering a Certificate of Status.

You are highly likely to find multiple small publications in your area.
